The success of the sale was generated by a combination of the high-quality standard of lots but also the bidders online, on the telephone and in The Wing sales room.

The high quality of the lots and also the bidders - in the room, on the internet and telephone - have a large part to play in another record-breaking sale here at Silverstone.
“The total sales rate of £5,083,773*, just goes to show the value of enthusiast-owned cars, bikes and automobilia and luxury goods – I’m particularly pleased that our inaugural Competition Car Sale was such a success while our road car sale was frenetic with some exceptional cars rightly achieving some exceptional prices.”
