Hosting the sale at the event for the first time, it’s set to be one of the biggest classic car auctions in the UK ever, featuring a huge variety of around 250 cars. Since its launch by the highly respected team from Silverstone Auctions in early 2015, CCA has built a strong reputation for selling a wonderful array of quality ‘everyman classics’, selling more than £8million worth of cars in under two years. The company specialises in the sub £50,000 sector, an area of the market which has seen significant growth recently, so buyers could leave the show with a canny investment. Buyers can expect a fantastic selection of classics to suit all budgets, from classic supercars and modern classics in ready to enjoy condition, barn finds and restoration projects, iconic hot hatches, British sports cars and classic Americana, there will be something to tempt collectors of all tastes. Guy Lees-Milne, general manager, Classic Car Auctions, said: "We’re very proud to be associated with this fantastic show and to be hosting what will be one of the biggest classic car auctions in the UK. We look forward to welcoming buyers old and new to the sale next year.” With more than 1000 cars on display, over 120 cars clubs, celebrity guests, 350 exhibitors all joined by nearly 20,000 classic car enthusiasts, the show is one of the biggest and fastest growing in the UK. Entries are now being invited into the two-day sale, but potential vendors are encouraged to get in touch soon as demand has already been high and space is limited. Some of CCA’s highlight sales this year include a 1973 Aston Martin V8 barn find which sold back in March for £64,350, nearly £30,000 over its lower estimate. A very rare 1987 Fiat Strada Abarth 130TC, believed to be one of just five UK road registered examples, sold for £15,180, almost double its lower estimate, and a 1988 BMW E30 M3 Evolution II sold for £48,400. Guy added: "This is a really fantastic opportunity for people to sell a classic car in front of thousands of potential buyers and classic car enthusiasts. At CCA we offer a fantastic mix of high quality presentation, auction atmosphere and pre-sale marketing to secure the best price for your car.”Tags:,
