WWRS RAC RallyThe television coverage of the West Wales Rally Spares R.A.C Rally Championship will continue on Saturday 16 March with the report from the opening event, the Rally Marketing Mid Wales Stages. Starting at 9pm on Motors TV, the 90-minute primetime programme will cover all the action from the sensational event. With the best entry ever seen on a historic rally in Britain, huge crowds and a fierce battle between Nick Elliott and Marty McCormack, the opening WWRS R.A.C Rally Championship round has all the ingredients to make must-see television. The programme will cover all the series within the new championship as more than 60 crews tackled classic special stages in Pikes Peak, Myherin and Hafren. David Winstanley of rallytv.co.uk is filming all rounds of the championship and will bring all the action from the stages as well as the very best in-car footage. Each round of the 2013 championship will be reported in a dedicated stand-alone 90-minute programme, while a mid-season review and a two-hour end-of-season review will mean at least 15 hours of prime coverage. With each programme likely to air around six times, the total exposure for the championship will be up to 90 hours.
