2015 BHRC and R.A.C. on show at the NEC Classic Car Show

The 2015 MSA British Historic Rally Championship and the 2015 West Wales Rally Spares R.A.C. Rally Championship will be unveiled to the public at Autosport International at the Birmingham NEC (8-11 January). The Roger Albert Clark Rally Motor Club will be there with a major presence on stand 6814 to take the wraps off its 2015 programme, which has four major elements: The nine-round 2015 MSA British Historic Rally Championship The eight-round 2015 WWRS R.A.C. Rally Championship The 2015 Roger Albert Clark Rally (27-29 November) The 2015 Carlisle Stages (13 June) The start of the 2015 season heralds a new era for the BHRC as Britain’s leading championship for historic cars starts a new five-year term under the management of the Roger Albert Clark Rally Motor Club. Organisers, headed by Colin and Nicola Heppenstall, will be on hand to meet current and prospective competitors. “We are keen to talk to anyone with an interest in the championships or the rallies,” said Colin Heppenstall. “This is also a chance to meet the marshals and fans who support our events.” Championship eligibility scrutineer John Cooper will be there on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to answer technical questions, and championship registrations and club membership renewals will be available to visitors. Meanwhile, the DVD of the 2014 Roger Albert Clark Rally will be available for purchase from the R.A.C stand. The two-hour DVD of the rally, produced by Olly Dickinson, was filmed from six cameras and numerous on-boards cameras and is priced at £20. The 2015 MSA British Historic Rally Championship and the WWRS R.A.C.
